Aside from our own Spierelambiek - our spontaneously fermented beer named after a tiny river that runs near the brewery - we use two traditional lambieks from the valley of the Senne (close to Brussels) to make a blend

followed by sweet notes of fudge and almond paste

peach and citrus flavours on the palate

Our First Release is bursting with fruit and vanilla character and has been finished in European oak casks to add depth of flavour

Art Terra Amphora Tinto 14% 75cl Sweet Wine The nose has peachy yellowFrom Alexandre's Art. Terra project, the Amphora is aged for 3 months in large clay amphoras, or Talhas as they know the clay pot locally. This traditional blend includes the despised Moreto grape, but it's natural acidity jumps out and adds to the wine's complexity. Match with Mediterranean food, soft cheese and tradicional Alentejo sausages.
